The lovely Nessa Robbins ( http://nessasfamilykitchen.blogspot.com/ ) posted a really nice Cold Recovery recipe on her Blog this week. Made with oranges, lemons, honey and ginger, I didn't want to wait until I had a cold to enjoy it so I made it the other day, and it was so delicious that I just had to make it again this morning for all the family. As well as using some Hunters Lodge Honey, I added some of our own Rosehip Syrup ( made by fermenting the rosehips in sugar so no boiling away the vitamins) and talk about a Glass of Goodness! So even if you're not under the weather, this is a delicious tonic that will do you the world of good. Try it!
